Mrs. Louise Torbett, age 61, of Dallas, passed away Friday, November 14, 2003. She was born February 11, 1942 in Austell to the late Lawson Clay and Gladys Key Fain. She was a member of Martinville Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her son, Scott Belflour and her brother, Lawson C. Fain Jr. Surviving are her husband, Ruel B. Torbett; Daughters and Sons-in-law, Marsha Strickland of Denver, Colorado, Betty and Lonnie Bentley of Buchanan, Susan and Craig Cash of Buchanan, Debbie and Pete White of Buchanan, Becky and Mark White of Hiram and Dorinda and Russell Orr of Alabama; Sons, Richard Belflour of Missouri, Jerry W. Brooks of Macon, Ga, Terry R. Brooks of Buchanan and Jason Rooks of Buchanan; a brother, Lewis Fain of Georgia; 32 grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held Sunday, November 23, 2003 at 2:00 p.m. at Mt. Olivet Baptist Church Cemetery with Reverend Donnie Evans officiating. The body was cremated. Clark Funeral Home in Hiram in charge of arrangements.
