David Edward O’Connell, age 80 of Marietta, GA passed away on Friday, February 9, 2018 at Wellstar Kennestone Hospital. He was retired from Lockheed-Martin as a supervisor for approximately 35 years and a member of the Assembly of God in Marietta, GA. Mr. O’Connell was preceded in death by his parents, John Patrick and Alice Rust O’Connell.

Survivors include his wife of 55 years, Lois O’Connell of Marietta, GA; sons and daughters-in-law, Robert & Denise O’Connell of Kennesaw, GA, David and Darlene O’Connell of Marietta, GA and Daniel and Sabrina O’ Connell of Marietta, GA; six (6) grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be held on Friday, March 2, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at the Georgia National Cemetery 1080 Scott Hudgens Drive, Canton, GA 30114.
