F. Morris Christian, age 76 of Dallas, Georgia passed away on Monday, January 22, 2018 at WellStar Paulding Nursing Unit. Morris was Owner of Carter Concrete, a faithful, lifelong member of New Canaan Baptist Church where he served as a deacon for 52 years, during this time he also held offices including; Sunday School Superintendent, Training Union Director, Finance Committee, and many others; he was also a member of the Dallas Masonic Lodge. He was preceded in death by his parents; Frank and Louise Huff Christian and twin brother, Marvin Christian.

Survivors include his loving wife, Margaret W. Christian of Dallas, GA, daughters and sons-in-law; Lynn and Wayne Jackson of Dallas GA, Carol and Danny Wallace of Dallas, GA; grand-daughters; Morgan Wallace, Erin Wallace and Katie Jackson all of Dallas, GA; brother and sister-in-law, Charlie and Janice Christian of Johns Creek, GA.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, January 24, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. at New Canaan Baptist Church with Rev. Don Rackley, Rev. Mike Davis and Rev. Jason Loudermilk officiating. Interment will follow in New Canaan Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Tuesday evening, January 23, 2018 between the hours of 4:00-8:00 p.m. The following gentlemen will serve as pallbearers; Wayne Jackson, Danny Wallace, Eric Van Atta, Brandon Huff, Randy Tibbitts and Dwayne Cochran. Hononary pallbearers will be; Alan Tibbitts, Ronnie Tibbitts, David Huff, Steve Huff, John Huff, Kenneth Huff, Michael Huff, Jerry Huff, Charles Brock and Neal Brock.
