Clark Funeral Home Posted August 25, 2017 Report Share Posted August 25, 2017 (edited) Bertha Mae Godfrey, age 63, of Rockmart, Georgia, passed away on Friday, August 25, 2017 at her residence. She was born September 03, 1953 in Deland, Florida and was preceded in death by her husband, Russell Godfrey and mother, Charlie Miles. She was a Machinist for T I Automotive for thirty plus years and was of Baptist faith. Survived by her sons, Steven Godfrey of Rockmart, GA, Russell Godfrey, Jr. of Temple, GA; daughter Trisha (Jason) Billes of Rockmart, GA; step-daughter, Betty Godfrey of Rockmart; Nine Grandchildren, many great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Monday, August 28, 2017 at 3:00 PM from the chapel of Clark Funeral Home with Reverend Jimmy Tibbitts officiating. Interment will follow in Paulding Memorial Gardens with family serving as pallbearers. Family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday, August 28, 2017 from 12:00 PM until 3:00 PM.
