She was born on June 27, 1957, in Warren, Ohio, to the late Donald & Nancy Allen. Survivors include her husband of 19 years, Christopher Harper of Dallas, GA; son, Donald Thomas Shelley of Dallas, GA; daughter, Jasmine Marie Hall of Dallas, GA; brothers, Harvey & Starshe Allen, Randy Spurr-Warren of Ohio, and John & Michelle Tanchin of Dallas, GA; sisters, Fawn & James Osby of Powder Springs, and Elizabeth & Jim Lee of Washington DC; grandchildren, Devin Shelley, Cameron Shelley, Hailey Shelley and one on the way; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Sunday, April 30, 2017, at 4 PM, from Clark Funeral Home. The family will receive friends on Saturday, April 29, 2017, from 5 PM until 8 PM.
