JoAnn Watkins Wentz, age 68, of Dallas, GA, passed away on Monday, November 28, 2016. She was born on July 26, 1948, in Marietta, GA, to the late Bob & Ann Watkins. Ms. Wentz worked at Shaw Industries for over 10 years and was a member of Whitworth Baptist Church.

Survivors include her daughters, Wendy & Shane LeCroy of Dallas, GA, and Edie Ogle Thurman of Acworth, GA; sisters, Kathy Jones of Ellijay, GA, and Wanda Hill of Buchanan, GA: grandchildren, Brandon Ogle of Cartersville, GA, Robert LeCroy JR of Destin, FL, BreAnna LeCroy of Destin, FL, Dylan Haygood of Acworth, GA, Taylor LeCroy of Dallas, GA, and Tyler LeCroy of Dallas GA; great-grandchildren, Serenity Ogle of Cartersville, GA and Brandon Ogle of Cartersville, GA; several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, December 2, 2016, at 3 PM, from Clark Funeral Home, with Pastor Darin Cochran officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday, December 1, 2016, from 5 PM until 8 PM.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Clark Funeral Home, to assist the family of Ms. Wentz with funeral expenses.
