Phyllis Sands, age 67, of Dallas, GA passed away on Thursday, November 24, 2016. She was born on July 20, 1949 in Atlanta, GA. Phyllis was a Real Estate Broker for over 30 years and was a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witness Church in Dallas, GA. She was an artist and loved her family, people and traveling. She was preceded in death by her father, Julius Theodore Touchstone Sr. and an infant child.

Surviving are her husband of 31 years, Willie Sands; a daughter and son-in-law, Joy & Jonathan Dozier of Powder Springs, GA, her mother, Malissa Touchstone; brothers, Dennis Touchstone of Atlanta, GA, Julius Touchstone Jr. of Atlanta, GA and Lynard Marvin Touchstone of Atlanta, GA. She is also survived by a number of other relatives.
