Phyllis Jean Willoughby, age 83, of Dallas, GA, passed away on Thursday, September 15, 2016. She was born on November 4, 1932, in Olean, NY, to the late Clifford Clarence Bright & Blanche Kincaid Bright. In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by her husband, Roy M. Willoughby.

 

Survivors include, sons, Todd Willoughby of Powder Springs, GA, and Darrin Willoughby & Rashell Wilson of Joppa, MD.

 

Funeral services for Mrs. Willoughby will be held on Sunday, September 18, 2016, from the Clark Funeral Home Chapel, with Pastor Chad Brewer officiating. Following the service, Mrs. Willoughby will be cremated, and her cremains will be interred alongside her husband, in Arlington National Cemetery.

 

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday, September 18, 2016, from 12:00 PM until the time of service at 1:00 PM.
