Michelle Renner Lawrence Fields, age 50, of Douglasville, GA, passed away on Monday, June 6, 2016. She was born on March 26, 1966, in Atlanta, GA, to the late Joseph Renner and Esther Renner Stone. Michelle worked as a nurse at Any Lab Test Now, in Alpharetta, GA, specializing in DNA. She was also a member of West Ridge Church.

Survivors include her husband, Jeff Fields of Douglasville, GA; mother & step-father, Esther Renner Stone & A.T. “Skip” Stone of Powder Springs, GA; son, Zachary Joseph Lawrence & Kaylee Starnes of Douglasville, GA; step-children, Matthew Jeffery Fields of Lexington, KY, Sara Gail Fields of Lexington, KY; sister, Tiffany Nicole Stone of Kennesaw, GA; step-brothers, Steven Wayne Stone & wife, Jennifer of Yorkville, GA, Michael Lee Stone of McDonough, GA; grandchild, Wyatt Joseph Lawrence; grandmother, Wilma Selph of Jacksonville, FL.

Funeral services for Mrs. Fields will be held on Wednesday, June 8, 2016, at 11:00 AM, from the Clark Funeral Home Chapel, with Brother Ray Logan officiating. Interment will follow at Cheatham Hill Memorial Park in Marietta, GA.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday, June 7, 2016, from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
