Holston David Cole - March 31, 2013 - April 26, 2016

Holston David Cole flew into the arms of Jesus on April 26, 2016. Born on March 31, 2013, Holston was God's perfect gift of joy. He was such a happy little boy, so full of energy that no room could contain his enthusiasm. Holston was serious about loving life-- running, jumping, singing, shouting, and, yes, even terrorizing his sisters! He could melt your heart with "please, please" when he wanted to do something we didn't want him to do. His happy little smile lit up every room he bounced into; his hugs could warm you better than a roaring fire. He brought such joy to all who knew him. He is surely safe in the arms of his Creator; happily lighting up the heavenly realm, bouncing around keeping everyone else entertained.

 

We will miss you, Holston, and will continue to grieve so much for you. Our loss is heaven's gain and the heaven's are rejoicing that you have come home to Jesus. Wait, little one, for us....the day will come and we will rejoice when we join you in eternal life.

 

 

Survivors include loving parents, David & Haley Cole of Dallas, GA; sisters, Paisley Hope & Macy Grace Cole of Dallas, GA; grandparents, Mary Frances Hollenhead Cole of Richlands, VA, David Brian Ellis & Karen Jackson, and daughter, Anita of Acworth, GA, Staci Evans Ellis & Dwayne Hardin of Plainville, GA; great-grandparents, Lucille Hollenhead of Richlands, VA, Dorothy Cole Rose of Jewell Ridge, VA, Frances Ellis of Cartersville, GA, and Walter & Joan Evans of Plainsville, GA; uncle, Joshua David Ellis, and fiancé, Melody Ives of Woodstock, GA; grandmother of the heart, Margie Smith; grandparents of the heart, Terry & Mary Lee Hall.

 

 

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, April 30, 2016, at 2 PM, from West Ridge Church, with Pastor Brent Moxey officiating. The family will receive friends at the church on Saturday, April 30, 2016, from 12 PM until the time of service. Jonathan Cunningham, Darren Harman, Teddy Mathis Josh Ellis, Travis Beaulieu and Ryan Beaulieu will serve as pallbearers. Ryan Smith, Matthew Broomhall and Dylan Leno will serve as honorary pallbearers
