Clark Funeral Home Posted February 18, 2016 Report Share Posted February 18, 2016 Steven Charles Herring, SR, age 63, of Dallas, GA, passed away on Wednesday, February 17, 2016. He was born on May 9, 1952, in Atlanta, GA, to the late Charles Durward & Edith Ann Herring, and was preceded in death by his son, Christopher Matthew Herring, SR. Mr. Herring loved to water ski and was a great dad. He owned and operated Herring Painting for 27 years and was a member of Bethany Christian Church. Survivors include wife of 34 years, Suzanne Marie Herring of Dallas, GA; sons, Stephen Jeremiah & Brandy Herring of Dallas, GA, and Steven Charles & Miranda Herring, JR, of Villa Rica, GA; sisters, Linda Herring Gajdik of Acworth, GA, and Jean Herring & Lamar Phillips of Waleska, GA; thirteen grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held on Sunday, February 21, 2016, at 2 PM, from Bethany Christian Church, with Brother Charles Ellsworth Davis, SR, officiating.
