Perry Burgess, age 34, of Dallas, GA, passed away on Monday, December 28, 2015. He was born on May 20, 1981, in Lithia Springs, GA, and was preceded in death by his father, Gary Lynn Burgess. Perry worked as a contractor for Willow Green and was a member of Christ Freedom Church.

 

Survivors include wife, Heather Burgess of Dallas, GA; children, Garry Burgess of Waco, GA, Caleb Burgess of Dallas, GA, and Wyatt Burgess of Dallas, GA; mother and step-father, Doris Ann & Arvell Berry of Villa Rica, GA; sister, Bethany & Matthew Roberts of Dallas, GA; grandmother, Betty Shuler of Villa Rica, GA; aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

 

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, December 31, 2015, at 4 PM, from Clark Funeral Home, with Brother Ron Burgess officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday, December 31, 2015, from 2 PM until the time of service.
