Mrs. Nettie Lee Williams, age 95, of Dallas passed away peacefully at Wellstar Paulding Nursing & Rehabilitation Center on Saturday, December 26, 2015.

 

Nettie was born on May 25, 1920 in Paulding County to loving parents, the late Mr. John Henry Rackley and Mrs. Martha Prather Rackley. She worked as a power machine operator for a textile manufacturing company for many years. In her lifetime, Nettie was a member of the Dallas Chapter 492 Order of the Eastern Star and attended Mt. Zion Baptist Church.

 

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Lewis Lee Williams, who passed away in 1979 and 1 brother Johnny M. Rackley.

 

Nettie is survived by her step daughter Christine (Gene) Swafford and 1 brother Jack Rackley.

 

The funeral service for Nettie Lee Williams will be held on Tuesday, December 29, 2015 at 2:00 PM at the New Hope Cemetery with Rev. Don Voyles Officiating.

 

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday, December 29, 2015 from 10:00AM until we leave in procession to the cemetery at 1:30 PM.
