Clark Funeral Home Posted November 6, 2015 Report Share Posted November 6, 2015 (edited) Mr. Paul Samuel Jones, age 77, of Dallas, GA, passed away on Thursday, November 5, 2015. Mr. Jones was born on February 10, 1938, in Waterford, PA, to the late Edward Lucien Jones & Cassie Mae Jones. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brothers, Lawrence & David Jones. He was employed by Frito Lay, Spaths & Troyer Farms, where he worked in the food industry for over forty years. Mr. Jones entered the ministry at the age of 65, and continued to serve until his passing. He pastored The Millcreek Church of the Nazarene in Erie, PA for five years, and was currently a member at East Paulding Church of Nazarene. Survivors include his wife of thirty eight years, Susan Hand Jones; sons, Paul W. Jones of Springboro, PA, Carl Jones & wife, Linda of Sanford, NC, Michael F. Burdick of Erie, PA, David Jones & wife, Barbara of Dallas, GA; daughters, Patricia Zeigler of Erie, PA, Majorie Jones of Palm Coast, FL, Cheryl Schofield & husband, John of Grove Town, GA, Rebecca Mary Nutter & husband, David of Fairmont, WV, Stephanie Heiple & husband, Brad of Niles, MI; brother, Jonathan Jones & wife, Rose of Girard, PA; half-brothers, James Jones of Guys Mills, PA, Randy Jones & wife, Bonnie of Stevensville, MT; step-mother, Gladys Jones of Guys Mills, PA; twenty grandchildren; twenty one great-grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; many nieces & nephews. In accordance to Mr. Jones’ wishes his body has been cremated. A memorial service will be held on Friday, November 13, 2015, at 11:00 AM, from Conneaut Valley Church of the Nazarene, in Springboro, PA, with Pastor Marshall Lillie officiating. In lieu of flowers, the family is kindly asking for donations to be made to the Alzheimer’s Association, in memory of Paul Samuel Jones. Alzheimer’s Association P.O.
