Josh “Jaybird Flyin High” Moore, age 29, of Bonifay, FL, passed away on Sunday, October 4, 2015. He was born on May 30, 1986, in Douglasville, GA, and was preceded in death by his grandfather, Joe Moore.

 

Survivors include his father, Joseph Moore, JR, of Dallas, GA; mother, Michelle Whitlow of Hiram, GA; son, Dylan Kash Mealer of Rockmart, GA; daughters, Skyla Moore of Rockmart, GA, Malia Moore of Rockmart, GA, and Rylan Mealer of Rockmart, GA; sisters, Amber & Josh Reed of Dallas, GA, Chrissy Ford of Acworth, GA, and Jennifer Ploof of Dallas, GA; maternal grandparents, Katherine & Jerry Whitlow of Blue Ridge, GA; fraternal grandmother, Joy Moore of Smyrna, GA; several nieces and nephews, lots of cousins, aunts and uncles; and mother of children, Samantha Mealer.

 

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, October 10, 2015, at 2 PM, from Clark Funeral Home, with Pastor Gary Diggs officiating. Interment will follow in Cheatham Hill Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday, October 9, 2015 from 5 PM until 8 PM.
