Clark Funeral Home Posted June 4, 2015 Report Share Posted June 4, 2015 William “Buddy” Jones, age 67, of Douglasville, GA, passed away on Wednesday, June 3, 2015. He was born on September 17, 1947, in Atlanta, GA, and was preceded in death by his father, Early Jones, and sister, Mary McGee. He was a member of New Canaan Baptist Church and was self-employed as a painter for over 40 years. Mr. Jones was a United States Army Veteran. Survivors include mother, Mary Francis Jones of Dallas, GA; brother and sister-in-law, Charlie & Angelia Jones of Mableton, GA; two nieces and two nephews. Graveside services will be held on Monday, June 8, 2015, at 11 AM, from Georgia National Cemetery, with Reverend Jason Loudermilk officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday, June 7, 2015, from 5 PM until 8 PM. Clark Funeral Home in Hiram, GA, is in charge of arrangements.
