Clark Funeral Home Posted April 13, 2015 Report Share Posted April 13, 2015 Charles Cooper, age 80, of Dallas, GA, passed away on Sunday, April 12, 2015. He was born on September 12, 1934, in Dallas, GA, to the late Thomas & Ola Cooper, and was preceded in death by brothers, Franklin Cooper and Paul Cooper, and sister, Helen Carter. Mr. Cooper was a United States Army Veteran, worked at Lockheed for 16 years, and was the owner and operator of Three C’s Clothing Store from 1965 until 1993. He was of Baptist faith and was a member of the Paulding County Rotary Club from 1970 until 1993. Mr. Cooper loved to trade cars and travel. Survivors include wife of 59 years, Bobbie Powell Cooper of Dallas, GA; daughter and son-in-law, Lyric & Micheal Cash of Dallas, GA; grandchildren, Chandler Cash and Cassidy Cash. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, April 14, 2015, at 3 PM, from Clark Funeral Home, with Reverend Todd Tibbitts and Reverend Jimmy Tibbitts officiating. Interment will follow in Dallas Memory Gardens. Kent Carter, Kirby Alls, Tim Alls, Stan Abernathy, James Ferguson and Tim Carruth will serve as pallbearers. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday, April 13, 2015, from 4 PM until 8 PM. Clark Funeral Home in Hiram, GA, is in charge of arrangements.
