Clark Funeral Home Posted April 12, 2015 Report Share Posted April 12, 2015 Gary Lyle Furlong, Sr., age 80, of Jonesboro, GA, passed away on April 12, 2015. He was born in Tempelton, PA. to the late Ralph Dewey Furlong and Ethel Adams Furlong on January 02, 1935. Survivors include his wife, Laura Lee Furlong of Jonesboro, GA; children, Gary L. Furlong, Jr. of California, Matthew & Shannon Furlong of Greenwood County, South Carolina, Jeffrey & Jeannie Furlong of Paulding County, Brent A. Furlong & Nancy Rogers of York, South Carolina; sister, Phyllis Starr of Pennsylvania; fifteen grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. A Celebration of Life service will be held on Thursday, April 16, 2015 at 4PM from the chapel of Clark Funeral Home, with Reverend Floyd Carmack and Dr. Billy Wood officiating.
