Clark Funeral Home Posted August 15, 2014 Report Share Posted August 15, 2014 Faye Hayes, age 76, of Dallas, GA, passed away on Friday, August 15, 2014. She was born on September 11, 1937, in Dothan, AL, to the late Fred and Jeanette Baxley, and was preceded in death by her husband, William Hayes, Jr, and sister, Hazel Clement. Mrs. Hayes worked in Civil Service for over 20 years and was a member of Mt. Paran Church of God. Survivors include son and daughter-in-law, Bill & Connie Hayes of Dallas, GA; grandchildren, Emma Hayes of Dallas, GA, Sam Hayes of Dallas, GA, and Alex Shelley of Woodstock, GA; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Monday, August 18, 2014, at 3:00 p.m., from Clark Funeral Home Chapel, with Reverend Jeremy Lundy officiating. Interment will follow in Paulding Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday, August 17, 2014, from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. Clark Funeral Home in Hiram, GA, is in charge of arrangements.
