As you look for tux rentals, you want the lowest total price. If you call around, you'll find that the nationwide chain stores won't give you a price for the total. They'll tell you that "it depends" on what you order and you won't know what you order until you order!

 

About 80 percent of our tuxedo rentals are the black tuxes that we have here in stock. They're superior in quality and you can try them on in three different styles. Our $119.99 All-Inclusive price has remained the same for the last three years and it will not change this year! This price includes the jacket, pants, tux shirt with cufflinks, vest and tie/bow tie (your choice of color) and shoes. See? Everything that you need for the rental!

 

So how much do the chain stores charge? A lot - typically between $170 and $215 for those nationwide chains. Besides that, the person assisting you will likely be a temp hired for the season. At King Tux Rentals, we have trained personnel with the experience that you need to assist you and fit you properly. We know how to help you. Here's how you can help us! When you come to pick out your tux for prom, bring a piece of your date's dress fabric (or the dress itself). This will help us coordinate colors. A picture of a color usually does not show the true color. Knowing this will save you time and (again) money.

We accept cash (with a credit/debit card to use as security), credit card, personal check(with ID and a credit/debit card to use as security), or debit card. The outfit is picked up a couple of days before the prom and tried on to make sure that everything is just right. Then the rental is returned to us the day after prom - All for that one price.

 

If you are a senior in high school and you are planning on attending college in the fall, consider purchasing a tux! You'll have several formal events to attend in college and (again) you'll save money by making a purchase now that you can use many times, starting with your Spring Prom. We sell our "barely rented/nearly new" tuxedos for just $199.99 - Less than the price of the chain stores for some of their rentals!
