Victor Bledsoe officiating. Interment will follow in the Cheatham Hill Memorial Park Cemetery in Marietta, Ga. The address for Shiloh Baptist Church is 75 Hawkins Store Road Kennesaw, Ga. 30144. Mr. Bailey will Lie In State at the church from 1:30PM until the time of service at 2:30 PM. Survivors Include: Son: Mr. & Mrs. Chester (Julie) Bailey of Wichita, Kansas Daughter: Mr. & Mrs. Richard (Pam) Carr of Stefford, VA Grandchildren: Shelby Carr and Courtney Carr Mr. Bailey was preceded In Death By: Wife: Mrs. Sarah Helen Pope Bailey Parents: Mr. & Mrs. Travis E.
