Joey Chauncey, age 42, of Dallas, passed away on Friday, December 13, 2013. He was born on June 7, 1971, in Cheyenne, WY. Mr. Chauncey was the Vice President of Operations at the Convention and Trade Show. He enjoyed building models and action figures, fishing in the mountains and writing short stories.

 

Survivors include father, Jackie Chauncey of Fargo, GA; mother and step-father, Janice & Sammy White of Dallas, GA; sister, Tina Chauncey of Dallas, GA; step-sisters, Melissa White and Michelle White both of Dallas, GA; grandparents, Emma Lee & James Cribbs of Hilliard, FL; numerous aunts and uncles, 10 nieces and nephews.

 

A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, December 17, 2013, at 7 p.m., from New Canaan Baptist Church, with Reverend Jason Loudermilk officiating. The family will receive friends at New Canaan Baptist Church from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m.

 

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Benevolence Fund at New Canaan Baptist Church in memory of Joey Chauncey at 3147 Atlanta HWY, Dallas, GA 30132.
