Judy Nell Grier, age 71, of Villa Rica (Paulding County), passed away on Thursday, December 12, 2013. She was born on December 4, 1942 in Dallas, GA, to the late Virgil and Bessie Mae Tibbitts, and was preceded in death by her husband, Homer Grier, SR.

 

Survivors include, son and daughter-in-law, Earl & Pamela Grier of Douglasville; brothers , Virgil Tibbitts of Aragon, GA, Alfred & Nancy Tibbitts of Marietta, GA, and George Tibbitts of Dallas, GA; sisters, Betty & Tommy Thomas of Vero Beach, Fl, Irene & Ray Gibson of Villa Rica, GA, and Lois Voyles of Dallas, GA; grandchildren, Myles Grier, Meghan Grier, Chelsea May, and Adam Slivka; great-grandchildren, Aubrey Grier, Launa Raines and Wylan Slivka; numerous nieces and nephews.

 

A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, December 17, 2013, at 7 p.m., from Faith Baptist Temple, with Pastor Ronald Tibbitts officiating. The family will receive friends at Faith Baptist Temple from 6:30 until the service time.
