Funeral Services for Mr. Lewis Clack age 83 of Dallas, Ga. will be held on Wednesday December 11, 2013 at 2:00 PM from the Benson Funeral Home Chapel with Chaplain Ron Daniel officiating and Mr. Clacks daughter Mrs. Ginger Cole giving a eulogy.

 

Interment will follow in the New Hope Memory Gardens.

 

Mr. Clacks family will be receiving friends on Tuesday December 10, 2013 from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM.

 

Survivors Include:

Wife: Mrs. Betty Clack of Dallas, Ga.

Daughter: Mr. & Mrs. Ricky (Ginger) Cole of New Hope, Ga.

Son: Mr. & Mrs. Garry (Veda) Clack of New Hope, Ga.

Special Nephew: Mr. & Mrs. Ralph (Nancy) Hammitt of West Virginia

 

Grandchildren:

Mr. & Mrs. Steven (Kimberly) Freelander

Mr. & Mrs. Evan (Shena) Klein

Mr. & Mrs. Lewis Daniel (Jennifer) Clack

 

Great Grandchildren: Jouzlynn Paul, Aiden Freelander, Marissa & Madison Klein

 

Aunt: Mrs. Mallie Clack of Columbus, Ga.
