Helen Eloise Cochran Briscoe, age 67, of Franklin, GA, passed away on Saturday, November 30, 2013. She was born on August 15, 1946, in Atlanta, GA, to the late William & Arla Cochran, and was preceded in death by her husband, John Briscoe, son, John Richard Cochran, and sister, Martha Jeanette Johnson. Ms. Briscoe was a member of Mableton Church of God.

 

Survivors include daughter, Marla Cochran of Franklin, GA; brothers and sisters-in-law, Richard Harland & Lisa Cochran of Douglasville, GA, William Dennis & Charlene Cochran of Austell, GA, and John Donald Cochran of Douglasville, GA, sister, Catherine & Terrell Newton of Douglasville; grandchildren, Helen Michelle Newton of Dallas, GA, and John Robert Cochran of Marietta, GA.

 

Memorial services will be held on Tuesday, December 3, 2013, at 3 p.m., from Clark Funeral Home Chapel, with Reverend Randy Newton officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday, December 3, 2013, 2 p.m. until the service time.
