Clark Funeral Home Posted October 17, 2013 Report Share Posted October 17, 2013 Mendy Johnson Meyer, age 58, of Douglasville, GA (Paulding County), passed away Wednesday, October 16, 2013. She was born in Hialeah, FL, June 19, 1955, and was preceded in death by her father, Frank G. Johnson and sister, Robin Johnson. Mendy worked as a bank teller for SunTrust Bank for 31 years, in Florida and Marietta, GA. She was a member of Bethany Christian Church in Dallas, GA. Survivors include her husband of 38 years, Warren S. Meyer; mother, Dotty Shaw Johnson of Clayton, GA; brother, Frank G. Johnson, Jr. of Clayton, GA; and niece, Timber Gaddis of Dahlonega, GA. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 2, 2013, at 4:00 PM, at Clark Funeral Home, with Pastor Rick Dunn officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday, November 2, 2013, from 3:00 PM until 4:00 PM.
