Clark Funeral Home Posted September 30, 2013 Report Share Posted September 30, 2013 Harold Douglas Strickland, age 68, of Lithia Springs, GA, passed away Friday, September 27, 2013. He was born, January 4, 1945, in Douglasville, GA, and was preceded in death by his father, Harold Turner Strickland, mother, Mozel Strickland and daughter, Alice Strickland. Mr. Strickland worked for R. L. Wiley for 35 years, as an electrician. Survivors include his wife, Dorothy Strickland; daughters & sons-in-law, Rhonda & Jeff Perkins of Hiram, GA, Jennifer & T. J. Thomas of Hiram, GA, and Gwendolyn Strickland of Lithia Springs, GA; sisters, Christine Frazier of South Carolina and Linda Anderson of South Carolina; seven grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 5, 2013, at 2:00 PM, from Concord Baptist Church, Mableton, GA, with Pastor Richard Wilkins officiating.
