Funeral Services for Mrs. Mary Lois Puryear, age 84, of Powder Springs, Ga. will be held Saturday, September 21, 2013, 11:00 A.M. from the Benson Funeral Home Chapel, with Bro. Eddie Gurley officiating. Mrs. Melanie Puryear Harrelson will give the eulogy. Visitation will be held Friday, September 20, 2013, from 6 - 8 PM.

Interment will follow at Paulding Memorial Gardens, Hiram, Ga.

 

Mrs. Puryear is survived by: Son: Mr. & Mrs. Paul (Frances) Bailey of Canton, Ga.; Daughter: Mrs. Martha Ann Brawner of Catersville, Ga.; Son: Mr. & Mrs. Warren (Sarah) Puryear of Powder Springs, Ga.; Son, David G. Puryear of Hiram, Ga.; Daughter: Mr. & Mrs. Forrest (Scarlett) Boss of Adairsville, Ga.; 10 Grandchildren, 17 Great Grandchildren; Sister, Ruby Williams of Holly Springs, Ga.; Sister, Dot Chambers of Woodstock, Ga.; Sister, Inez Reese of Woodstock, Ga.; Brother, Floyd Reece, Jr. of Blue Ridge, Ga.

 

Mrs. Puryear was preceded In death by: Husband, Mr. Jimmy Puryear; Son, Michael Bailey; Brother, Glenn Reece; Brother, Grady Reece.
