Clark Funeral Home Posted September 13, 2013 Report Share Posted September 13, 2013 Britni Nichol Newsome-Cooper, age 36, of Powder Springs (Paulding County), passed away on Thursday, September 12, 2013. She was born on August 12, 1977, in Lithia Springs, GA, to Wayne Newsome and Donna Harvey. Ms. Newsome-Cooper worked as a hospice nurse at Wellstar Tranquility Hospice and was a member of Youth Baptist Church. Survivors include, father and step-mother, Wayne & Sandra Newsome of Dallas, GA; mother and step-father, Donna Jean & Robert Harvey of Powder Springs, GA; siblings, Tammy & Anthony Lytle of Villa Rica, GA, Melissa & Tim Kuykendall of Woodstock, GA, Brandon & Barbra Newsome of Hiram, GA, and Ron Newsome & Angela Ackley of Powder Springs, GA; numerous nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held on Sunday, September 15, 2013, at 3 p.m., from Clark Funeral Home Chapel, with Reverend Moses Florence officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday, September 15, 2013, from 2 p.m. until service time. Clark Funeral Home in Hiram, GA, is in charge of arrangements.
