Mr. Skinner's remains were cremated. No services are planned. Mr. Skinner is survived by: Wife, Mrs. Marge Skinner of Dallas, Ga.; Daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Robert (Michelle) Knutson of Marietta, Ga.; Son, Mr. Robert Tatum of Portage, Michigan; Daughter, Ms. Spring Dyer of Benton, Oregon; Grandchildren, Robyn Maimone, Breahna Maimone, Noah Knutson, Logan Knutson, Sierra Tatum and Aaron Tatum; Great Granddaughter, Braelynn Maimone. Mr. Skinner was preceded in death by: Parents, Mr. and Mrs. Jack (Pearl) Skinner; a sister.
