Mr. Luther Lee Carroll, age 52, of Dallas, Georgia, passedaway on Thursday, June 27, 2013 at Kennestone Hospital.

 

 

Luther was born on October 12, 1960, in Atlanta, to lovingparents Mr. Ira Carroll and Mrs. Annie Carlisle. He worked as a Forklift Operator for Hon-HNIIncorporated. He was of the BaptistFaith. Mr. Carroll loved his family andhelping out with the grandkids.

 

 

Mr. Carroll is survived by his loving wife of 21 years Mrs.Patty Carroll, three sons Mr. & Mrs. Chris (Dalena) Harris, Mr. & Mrs.Dave (Angie) Harris, and Mr. Jimmy Harris; seven grandchildren AnnaleighaHarris, Tanner Harris, Abigail Harris, Kaleb Harris, David Harris III, HalieHicks, and Ryan Jordan all of Dallas; mother Mrs. Annie Carlisle; one brotherRusty; three sisters Annie Ruth, Rosie, and Barbara; three half-brothers,several uncles, aunts, cousins, nephews, and other beloved friends. He is preceded in death by his father Mr. IraCarroll, and one sister Ms. Jenny Carroll.

 

 

Funeral services for Mr. Carroll will be held in the Chapelof Jeff Eberhart Funeral Home on Sunday, June 30, 2013 at 2 pm with Reverend BillyWhitaker officiating. Tanner Harris,Dave Harris, Jimmy Harris, Chris Harris, Dave Christy, and Steve Jordan willserve as pallbearers. Brian Conner willserve as honorary pallbearer. Intermentwill follow at Melrose Hills Memorial Park.

 

 

The family will receive friends at the funeral home onSunday, June 30, 2013 from 11am until the time of service.

 

 

In lieu of flowers the family has requested that donationsbe made to the family to help with funeral expenses.
