Dr. RaymondTed “Doc” Hart, age 76, of Dallas, Georgia, passed away on Thursday, April 18,2013 after several years of declining health.

 

Ted was bornon December 23, 1936 in Paulding County to loving parents, the late L.A. Hartand Ora McClung Hart.

 

Achiropractor for many years in the Dallas area, he helped numerous patientswith his steady hands, fun-loving smile and positive attitude. He was a graduate of West Georgia College,Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, IA, and served his country in theUnited States Army before beginning his practice. He enjoyed being with family, especially hisgrandchildren, playing sports, a good game of pool, and enjoying life. He was of the Christian Faith.

 

Ted issurvived by his wife of 46 years, Diane Beavers Hart; daughter and son-in-lawDana and Mark Pergrem of Dallas, GA; son and daughter-in-law David and MonicaHart of Amarillo, TX; granddaughters Emi and Chloe Pergrem of Dallas, GA, andgrandson Jeremy Hart of Amarillo, TX; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-lawRussell and Lyndal Paris, and Tonny and Susan Beavers, and nieces Stephanie andAdrianna Beavers, all of Dallas; and many other cousins, and beloved family andfriends.

 

Funeralservices will be held in the Chapel of Jeff Eberhart Funeral Home on Saturday,April 20, 2013 at 1pm with Reverends Johnny Turner and Jason Loudermilk officiating. The following gentlemen will serve as pallbearers: Mr. Tommy Winters, Mr. KimCurl, Mr. Jimmy Lawrence, Mr. Gerald Cole, Mr. Larry Nix and Mr. CharlesBice. Interment will follow at PauldingMemorial Gardens.

 

The familywill receive friends at the funeral home on Friday, April 19 from 4-9pm andSaturday, April 20 from 9am until the time of service. Donations can be made in Ted’s honor to theEpilepsy Foundation of Georgia.
