Brad Benson officiating. Mr. Locklear's family will be receiving friends on Saturday March 23, 2013 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM and on Sunday until the time of the service at 3:00 PM Survivors Include: Wife: Mrs. Mary Bush Locklear of Dallas, Ga. Daughter: Mr. & Mrs. Kem (Diane) Rackley of Sylvania, Ga. Daughter: Mr. & Mrs. Daren (Penny) Matthews of Dallas, Ga. Daughter: Mr. & Mrs. David (Sherry) Cunningham of Dallas, Ga.
