jennilyn77 Posted February 28, 2013 Report Share Posted February 28, 2013 I rubbed a pork roast with creole seasoning, stuffed it with vegetables, and wrapped it with bacon. It is currently in the crockpot. I'm also going to make either fried or mashed potatoes and baked beans. Link to post Share on other sites
