Clark Funeral Home Posted February 8, 2013 Report Share Posted February 8, 2013 Gwen Morgan, age 48, of Villa Rica, GA passed away on February 8, 2013. She was born on April 10, 1964 in Carrollton, GA. She attended the Marietta Technical School for four years and had worked as a dispatcher for the Paulding County Water Authority. Gwen was a member of New Georgia Baptist Church and loved horses, candle making and crafts. She was preceded in death by her father, Jerry Leonard Morgan and her brother, Jerry L. Morgan Jr. Survivors include her mother Jean Seals and her husband, Jerry Seals of Carrollton, a brother and sister-in-law, Matt and Lynn Seals of Dallas, GA. Funeral services will be held on Sunday, February 10, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. from New Georgia Baptist Church with Dr. James Burdette, Dr. Keith Stell, Rev. Jerry Hollis and Rev. Rickey Bice officiating. The interment will follow in the church cemetery with Rex Bice, Nathan Bice, Jason Bice, Stacey Bullock, Greg Rampley, Travis Rampley, Gerald Lee and Terry Fennell serving as pallbearers. Gwen will lie in state at the church from 1:00 p.m. until the service time. The family will receive friends on Saturday from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
