Funeral Services for Mr. Jerry Benjamin Smith, age 69, of Dallas, Ga. will be held Friday, January 18, 2013, 4:00 P.M. at Benson Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Greg Smith and Rev. Larry Argo will officiate.

 

Interment will follow at Star of Bethlehem Baptist Church Cemetery.

 

Visitation for Mr. Smith will be held Thursday, January 17, 2013, 3:00-9:00 P.M. and Friday until time of the service at 4:00 P.M.

 

Mr. Smith is survived by: Wife, Mrs. Emma Lou Smith of Dallas, Ga.; Grandson, Mr. Douglas Lee Hayes of Albany, Ga.; Granddaughter, Mr. and Mrs. William (Sherry Lynn) Millholland of Dallas, Ga.; Grandchildren, Shana Lynn Hayes, WIll Millholland, Dylan Hayes and Lucas Connor; Sister, Mrs. Lou Smith Walker of Villa Rica, Ga.; Sister, Mrs. Adina Smith McCord of Villa Rica, Ga.; Sister, Mr. and Mrs. Dennis (Julia Smith) Watts of Dallas, Ga.; Nieces and Nephews.

 

Mr. Smith was preceded in death by: Daughter, Mrs. Donna Lou Hayes; Parents, Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Benjamin (Blanche Ollie Parson) Smith; Brothers, Mr. J.P. Smith and Mr. Roland Smith; Sisters, Mrs. Rosella Smith Lawler and Mrs. Ruth Hitchcock.
