Mr. Anthony Monroe Fultz

Mr. Anthony Monroe Fultz, age 68, of West Loudon, Tennessee, passed away on Monday, January 14, 2013 at Prestige Assisted Living.

 

 

 

Anthony was born in Lincoln, NE on December 21, 1944, to loving parents the late Mr. Raymond Franklin Fultz and Mrs. Edna Lois Flath Fultz. He was also preceded in death by his beloved wife Mrs. Patsy Price Fultz.

 

 

 

Mr. Fultz was a veteran of the United States Army, serving multiple enlistments. He was a member of the VFW in Knoxville, and also a member of the American Legion. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, and craftsmanship. He was of the Catholic Faith.

 

 

 

Mr. Anthony Fultz is survived by 4 sisters Mrs. Roberta Rafanelli of Clark, NJ, Mrs. Beth Ward of Kennesaw, GA, Mrs. Nancy Martin and Mrs. Carlotta Leggett both of Dallas, GA; three brothers Mr. Steven Fultz, Mr. Timmy Fultz, and Mr. Terry Fultz all of Dallas, GA; many nieces, nephews and beloved friends.

 

 

 

His funeral service will be held in the Chapel of Jeff Eberhart Funeral Home on Saturday, January 19, 2013 at 11 am with Reverend Jackie officiating. Music will be provided by Stephanie Vasquez. Don Martin, Joel Martin, David Leggett, Corey Hunt, Carlotta Leggett, and Steven Fultz will serve as pallbearers. Interment will follow at Paulding Memorial Gardens.

 

 

 

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday, January 18, 2013 from 5 – 9 pm, and Saturday, January 19, 2013 from 9 am until the funeral hour.
