Mr. Charles T. Scott

Mr. Charles T. Scott, Jr., age 77 of Dallas, GA passed awayon Sunday, January 13, 2013.

 

 

Mr. Scott was born on January 1, 1936 in Chattanooga, TN theson of late Charles T. Scott, Sr and Ruby Lee Porter of Rome, GA. Mr. Scott graduated from Peabody College in1958 and he taught music for nine years in Tennessee and three years in Georgiaat Paulding County High School. He was amember of the Ph Mu Alpha Fraternity and traveled playing in bands. He also worked as a computer operator for theCity of Atlanta.

 

 

Mr. Scott is survived by his wife, Sharon Stricklin;daughter, Pamela Sue Smith of St. Petersburg, FL; mother, Ruby Lee Porter ofRome; brother, Robert Lee Scott; and sister, Barbara Scott Bates.

 

 

Funeral graveside and interment services for Mr. Scott will beheld on Wednesday, January 16, 2013 at 12 noon at Crest Lawn MemorialPark. The family will gather at thecemetery at 11:30 am to receive friends before the service.
