Mary Lee Thomason, age 79, of Dallas, GA passed away on Friday, October 26, 2012. She was a homemaker, married for 52 years to Howard Thomason, a member at Narroway Baptist, who loved her family and friends very much. She was preceded in death by her husband, Howard Thomason, her parents: William Lee Mayfield and Louise O'Neal Mayfield.

 

Survivors include her son Harold Thomason of Dallas, and daughters: Mr.and Mrs. Walter(Jackie)Hammond, of Buchanan, Mr. and Mrs. Craig(Lynn)Duda of Dallas and Brenda Thomason of Dallas, brothers: Mr. and Mrs.Hugh(Carolyn)Mayfield of Cartersville, Mr. and Mrs. Willie(Peggy)Mayfield of Dallas, Mr. and Mrs. Donald(Cathy) Mayfield of Dallas, Mr. and Mrs.George(Carolyn)Mayfield of Rockmart, and sister Mr. and Mrs. Leon(Sarah) Gibson of Cartersville, grandchildren: Tammy Campbell of Acworth and Mr.and Mrs. Brian(Tandra Hornbuckle)Cieszynski, of Kennesaw, great grandson: Carter Cieszynski, of Kennesaw, 18 nieces and nephews.

 

Funeral services will be held on Sunday, October 28, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. from the Clark Funeral Home in Hiram, GA with Reverend Todd Tibbitts and Reverend Jimmy Tibbitts officiating. The interment will follow in Narroway Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends on October 27, 2012 from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p..m. at the funeral home. Clark Funeral Home in Hiram, GA is in charge of arrangements.
