The In Tune Fitness 10-Day Challenge is for anyone looking to jump start a new habit, challenge their fitness or break-through a plateau. Your team will meet for 30 minutes for 10 consecutive days with each day focused on a different discipline from Cardio, Plyometrics, Core, Strength, Flexibility and more!
