Clark Funeral Home Posted October 5, 2012 Report Share Posted October 5, 2012 (edited) Ethel Hollis Hembree, age 90, of Dallas, GA passed away on Friday, October 5, 2012. She was born on December 21, 1921 to the late Charlie and Mattie Belle Hollis. She was a member of New Hope Second Baptist Church since 1988 and was a homemaker. Mrs. Hembree was preceded in death by her husband, J. B. Hembree. Survivors include her son Jerry J. and his wife Roxanne Hembree of Jonesboro, GA; her daughters Elaine H. and her husband Reverend Don Rackley of Dallas, GA; Lynn and her husband Fulton Cooper of Hiram, GA; Sherrie and her husband Burt Wingfield of Dalton, GA; nine grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren; one great great grandchild;several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Sunday, October 7, 2012 at 2:00 PM from Clark Funeral Home with Reverend Don Rackley officiating. The interment will follow in Smyrna United Methodist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Saturday, October 6, 2012 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
