Alice Dilbeck Walton, age 96, of Hiram, passed away on September 7, 2012. She was born on July 11, 1916, in Atlanta, GA, to the late William & Alice Dilbeck, and was preceded in death by her husband, John W. Walton and grandson Keith Eubanks. Mrs. Walton retired as a secretary from H.M. Patterson & Son Funeral Home for 35 yrs, and was a member of Wieuca Road Baptist Church.

 

Survivors include, son and daughter-in-law, John & Junie Walton of Hiram; daughter and son-in-law, Dianne & Dan Eubanks of Peachtree City; grandchildren; Cory Eubanks, Kristi Moreau, Graham Walton, Chad Walton, Kevin Walton, Cody Williams. great-grandchildren; Lauren Eubanks, Chad Eubanks, Adam Eubanks, Molly Philyaw, Mason Stoyles, Kaden Walton, Reagan Walton, Joey Moreau, Michelle Robinson one great-great-grandchild; Noah Robinson, and many nieces and nephews.

 

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, September 11, 2012, from Wieuca Road Baptist Church at 2:00 p.m., with Reverend Jeana Fortenberry officiating. Mrs. Walton will lie in state at the church from 1pm till service time. Interment will follow in Westview Cemetery. Chad Walton, Kevin Walton, Graham Walton, Cody Williams, Cory Eubanks, and Dan Eubanks will serve as pallbearers. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday, September 10, 2012, from

6 p.m. until 9 p.m.
