Funeral Director Posted June 10, 2012 Report Share Posted June 10, 2012 Miss Rose Etta Bowman, age 97of Dallas passed away on Saturday, June 9, 2012 at Wellstar Paulding Nursing Home. Miss Bowman was born on July14, 1914 in Centre, Al to the late Mr. Thomas Bowman and the late Rosie R.Rogers Bowman. She attended New GeorgiaBaptist Church and enjoyed gardening, sewing, and cooking. Miss Bowman is survived bynieces and nephews, Bill and Betty Roan of Snellville, Ronnie and Shirley Smithof Monroe, and Lessie Thornton of Villa Rica; a sister, Addie Mae Matthews ofCarrollton; and a brother, James T. Bowman of Dallas. Funeral services for MissBowman will be held on Monday, June 11, 2012 at 4:00 pm in the chapel of theJeff Eberhart Funeral Home with Dr. Keith Stell and Brother Charles Biceofficiating. Interment services willfollow at the New Georgia Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receivefriends at the funeral home on Monday, June 11, 2012 from 3:00 until thefuneral hour.
