+subby1 Posted April 14, 2012 Report Share Posted April 14, 2012 We've come across a few more riding mowers this past week that have more design flaws. Namely, the drive belts (or motion belts). These are the belts that make the mower itself move. Most times people think their transmission is busted, when that is almost never the case. Having said that, we have encountered a design flaw with a few models that have apparently forgotten to include "keepers" around the belts. When the belts jump off, either the belt gets ruined, or the fan on the trans gets ripped up, or BOTH. If you are having this problem, give us a call.
