Office Solutions of West GA
Because April 15 is a Sunday and April 16 Emancipation Day in the District of Columbia, you have until April 17 to file your tax return this year. That means it is 31 days until the returns must be filed. You can file an extension but that only extends the time for filing the return. If you owe tax, you still must pay that by April 17 or face underpayment penalties. If you need help filing an extension, just send us an e-mail and we will point you in the right direction.
