Brenda M. Jones, age 65, of Powder Springs, passed away on March 2, 2012. She was born on June 4, 1946, in Atlanta, GA, the late Marvin and Sarah Moreland, and was preceded in death by her husband, Ted Jones, and son, Jeffery Jones. Mrs. Jones was self-employed for over 30 years.

 

Survivors include, son and daughter-in-law, Ted “Jeep” & April Jones of Dallas; daughters and sons-in-law, Stella & Garland Grant III of Louisiana, Sharon & Jack McClung of Hiram, and Rita & Steven Blackwell of Douglasville; twelve grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.

 

A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, March 6, 2012, at 3 p.m., with David Birchfield officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 1 p.m. until the service time on Tuesday, March 6, 2012.

 

Clark Funeral Home in Hiram, GA is in charge of arrangements.

This was my MIL..her passing has left a huge whole in our hearts and in our family.She was a sweet woman who would do anything for anyone. The family always knew if you needed a place you would have her doors open. We are really going to miss her. We love you Brenda.
