Mr. Joshuah Darnelle Watts, affectionately known as “Bodean”, age 21 of Dallas, Georgia passed away on Wednesday, February 29, 2012 at his home.

 

 

 

Mr. Joshuah Watts was born on April 4, 1990 in Marietta, GA to loving parents Mr. Clarence D. Tate and Ms. Sherry Lynn Bennett. Joshuah attended Christ Freedom Nondenominational Church in Hiram, GA. Some of his favorite pastimes were fishing, skating, and listening to music. He enjoyed cartoons, movies, video games, Facebook, and hanging out with friends. All of his times were made more special by hanging out with his special Cuzzo Aaron Claiborn Harris and his girlfriend Sherrell Weathers..

 

 

 

Joshuah is survived by his mother Ms. Sherry Lynn Bennett of Dallas, GA; father Mr. Clarence D. Tate of Rockmart, GA; five sisters Ashlin Watts of Lebanon, TN, India Knight of Dallas, GA, Whitney Leak of Hiram, GA, Jazlynn Mercer of Rockmart, GA, and Jaylah Jackson of Alpharetta, GA; two brothers Tarrence Tate, Tackarius Tuggle both of Hiram, GA, grandparents Mr. and Mrs. Sammy (Kathy) Harris of Lebanon, TN, Shannon Tate of Rockmart, GA, Jerry Watts and Jackie Turner both of Dallas, GA; great grandparents Mr. & Mrs. Clarence “Bootsie” (Earline) Tate of Rockmart, GA; three great grandmothers Mrs. Betty Watts, Mrs. Mae Watts both of Dallas, GA and Mrs. Emma Watts of Hiram, GA; stepdads Mr. Kinte “Young Ralph” Knight of Dallas, GA and Mr. Tony Middlebrooks of Hiram, GA; great great grandmother Mrs. Annie Ruth Dickson of Calhoun, GA; special uncle Mr Frank Watts and Auntie Edith Watts of Dallas, GA, special girlfriend Sherrell Weathers of Atlanta, GA; many uncles, aunts, and cousins, as well as beloved friends.

 

 

 

Funeral services for Mr. Joshuah Watts will be held in the Chapel of Jeff Eberhart Funeral Home on Sunday, March 4, 2012 at 3pm with the Reverend Tim Landmon and Reverend Ron Burgess officiating. Music will be provided by Jeff Eberhart, Mary Pope, Greg Walker, Stacey Lindsey and Cheryl Harris. Sammy Harris, Charles Millican, Kinte Knight, John Paul Harris, Aaron Harris and John Arnold will serve as pallbearers. Interment will follow at Paulding Memorial Gardens.

 

 

 

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday, March 3, 2012 3 – 9 pm and Sunday, March 4, 2012 9 am until the time of service.
