Mr. Fred Watson Pace

Mr. Fred Watson Pace, age 72, of Centre AL passed away onSunday, February 12, 2012 at his residence.

 

 

Mr. Fred Pace was born on October 2, 1939 in Dallas,Georgia, the son of the late Mr. Jasper Bill Pace and Mrs. Defreese IVPace. He is preceded in death by abrother, Mr. Douglas Pace.

 

 

Mr. Fred Pace was of the Baptist Faith. He was a self-employed painter andcontractor. Mr. Pace enjoyed fishing,hunting and spending time with his grandchildren.

 

 

Mr. Fred Pace is survived by his wife, Barbara A. Pace ofCentre AL; two daughters and son-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Kenny (Lynn) Gurley ofRockmart, GA, and Ms. Fredda Pace of Dallas; three sons and daughter-in-laws,Mr. and Mrs. Fred (Kathy) Pace, Jr. of Alabama, Mr. and Mrs. Steve (Wanda) Paceof Carrollton, and Rev. and Mrs. Ken (Nichole) Pace of Dallas, GA; a brother,Mr. Thomas Bone of Rockmart, GA; fourteen grandchildren; thirteengreat-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews also survives.

 

 

Funeral Services for Mr. Pace will be held on Wednesday,February 15, 2012 at 4:00 pm in the chapel of the Jeff Eberhart Funeral Homewith the Reverend Ken Pace and the Reverend Leonard Chambers officiating. Johnathan Anderson, Kyle Gurley, Craig Pace,Wayne Merrill, Brad Merrill, Brandon Pace, Larry Vincent , Reese Osborne willserve as pallbearers. Interment willfollow at the Paulding Memorial Gardens.

 

 

The family will receive friends at the funeral home onTuesday, February 14, 2012 from 3 – 9 pm and on Wednesday, February 15, 2012from 9 am until the funeral hour.
