Mrs. Penni Roberts Crawford age 49 of Hiram, Georgia passed away on Saturday, December 31, 2011 at Wellstar Cobb Hospital.

 

Mrs. Penni Crawford was born in Dallas, Georgia on August 11, 1962 to loving parents Mr. Dewey Roberts and Mrs. Delores Roberts. She is preceded in death by her beloved grandmothers Mrs. Maner Bell and Mrs. Eunice Gravett, one aunt, Mrs. Myrtle Jones and father in law C.J. “Bo” Crawford.

 

Mrs. Crawford enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, traveling, camping, going to the lake and beach. She always had her nails done. She worked at the City Café. Penni volunteered with the Shepard;s Rest Ministery and Battered Womens’ Shelter and she was involved with the Brotherhood of Jesus Christ Motorcycles.

 

Mrs. Penni Crawford is survived by her beloved husband, Mr. Rodney Crawford of Hiram, GA. One son, Rodney Frank (Sabrina) Crawford of Dallas, GA. One daughter, Tammy Lynn Gober of Tuscaloosa, AL. Parents Dewey and Delores Roberts of Dallas, GA. Six grandchildren, Kayla and Zeke Crawford of Dallas, GA.; Sonny Estes, Angel Crawford , Samuel Gober, Jr. and Adam Gober all of Tuscaloosa, AL. Two sisters, Dena (Wayne) Humphries of Hiram, GA. and Ginger Roberts of Dallas, GA. One sister in law Jeanette (Chris) Payne of Austell, GA. Mother in law Charlotte Crawford of Toccoa, GA. Nieces and nephews, David Moody, Dillon Humphries and Angela (Thomas) Blankinship all of Dallas, GA. Zackery Payne, Benji Payne and Jerald Payne all of Austell, GA. One great nephew, Jaxon Blankinship of Dallas, GA. and many other beloved family and friends.

 

Funeral services for Mrs. Penni Crawford will be held in the Chapel of Jeff Eberhart Funeral Home on Wednesday, January 4, 2012 at 2 PM with Frank Jenkins and Cecil Dutton officiating. Pall bearers will include Rodney Frank Crawford, Wayne Humphries, Thomas Blankinship, Patrick Stephens, Chris Payne, D.J. Pearson and Shane Gurley. Interment will follow at Paulding Memorial Gardens.

 

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday, January 3, 2012 from 4-9 PM and on Wednesday, January 4, 2012 from 9 AM until the time of the service at 2 PM.

 

In lieu of flowers the family has requested memorial donations be made toward the funeral service.
