So I know everyone has been anxiously awaiting the news of our October Special. Sorry to keep you waiting so long, but it's worth the wait???

 

 

Its a furnace tune up/ check up/ service for only..............wait for it.............$59!!!!

 

This will include: filter change, thermostat check, check burners, check safety pilot, check temp rise through furnace, check all safety control. lubricate moving parts and a bunch of other things that will probably make you fall asleep reading if I typed them all, but one of the most important things is check for Carbon Monoxide for gas furnaces. Here is a good article about the dangers and warning signs of Carbon Monoxide poisoning. Oh I really shouldn't read things like this. Now I have something else to worry about.

One more thing our check up includes which is very important if you have a heat pump is to check the charge. If its not set right the electric (emergency) heat will run more than it needs to and you will see this reflected in higher power bills.
